English

Black tailcoats, waistcoats, pinstriped trousers (no more top hats and cropped jackets though), books and folders left at any corner outdoors, the wall game… never take an umbrella nor a bag for the books! That’s the style of the 13-18 year-old pupils of this single-sex boys’ school.

Eton College is located in Eton, separated from Windsor by the Thames (Berkshire, England). Its chapel is comparable only with Oxford’s and Cambridge’s, and its beautiful views have served as the settings for many well-known movies such as “My Week with Marilyn” (2011), “Mansfield Park” (1999), “Shakespeare in Love” (1998), and so on.

Some famous Old Etonians are the first Duke of Wellington, Prince William, Prince Harry, Boris Johnson, Aldous Huxley, Percy B. Shelley, and George Orwell.

Estilo Eton
